Recipe: Protein Berry Pancakes-
Because sometimes you just want pancakes…
2 egg whites
100g fruit/mix berries (can use frozen)
40g protein powder whey protein isolate berry flavor
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. It should be runny. Spray a skillet with non stick spray and heat.
Pour out the mixture and spread to make pancake shapes. Cook for a few minutes on one side and then flip over.
1 pancake is roughly 167 calories
Serve with fresh fruit and I'm a big fan of part skim ricotta cheese with agave honey drizzled over the top.
