Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Kinda obsessed with chia seed at the moment, they are finding their way into a lot of the things that i make. Packed with omega-3 fatty acids, lots of fiber and calcium, chia seeds are a wonderful addition to any meal or smoothie. The only annoying thing about them is waiting for them to thicken! :)

This is a super healthy little dessert treat, i love the texture the chia seeds give.

 Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
3 tbsp raw cacao powder
pinch of sea salt
1 tbsp organic agave nectar
blueberries for garnish
Measure all ingredients into a container with an airtight lid. Shake the container until the cacao powder dissolves completely.
Refrigerate for 4 - 6 hours until the texture of the pudding is thick. Garnish with berries and serve chilled.
