Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding-
Kinda obsessed with chia seed at the moment, they are finding their way into a lot of the things that i make. Packed with omega-3 fatty acids, lots of fiber and calcium, chia seeds are a wonderful addition to any meal or smoothie. The only annoying thing about them is waiting for them to thicken!
This is a super healthy little dessert treat, i love the texture the chia seeds give.
